Questions from the palace

How is my portrait made?

Our court painter uses AI tools to create a3D royal portrait from your photo, then checks every portrait by hand before it is sent.

What do I receive?

A personalised digital portrait and an HD4:5 royal certificate with your pet’s name, title and story. No physical item or3D model file is included.

Is the ceremony photo the finished portrait?

No. The free ceremony displays your reference photo. Your commissioned portrait transforms your pet into a royal scene based on their habit.

Can I download it?

The delivery email will contain private download links for the portrait and certificate, valid for30 days. In this local test you can inspect the same email without sending it.

When will it arrive?

The proposed launch target is within24 hours after verified payment. The service promise will be confirmed before live checkout.

Is checkout live?

The current test uses local simulated payments. The PayPal integration is implemented but needs credentials and an actual sandbox run before real checkout is enabled.
