MVP review draft · Not approved for live selling

Refund & Repaint Policy · MVP draft

Before production

The proposed policy is a refund before portrait production starts. The final policy must be confirmed by the operator before real checkout.

After a portrait is made

The proposed pack includes one repaint if you are not delighted. Tell the operator what needs correcting, such as identity, missing markings or composition. This is a draft service commitment, not an enabled local-test service.

Local tests

Local simulated orders do not move money, so there is no payment to refund. A real sandbox test and an approved live payment/refund test remain separate release checks.

Contact

A verified support email and any mandatory customer rights must be included before publication. Do not use this draft as the final selling policy.
