How is my portrait made?

After verified payment, AI creates your pet portrait online

Keep the order page open while it generates and builds your certificate

Save your private order link to return if you leave

You receive a digital portrait and a 1600×2000 PNG ceremony certificate, not a physical item or 3D model

If creation fails, your payment stays recorded; contact support with the order number

Failed or uncertain image requests are not automatically billed again.
